Refunds/Exchanges
We offer a no quibble return policy. You must contact us first and we will send you all the return information. The item must be returned, within 7 days of receipt, in its original bag, with tags and unworn. Please note that we cannot refund the postage price as this is spent when sending the item to you.
All goods are as described and are brand new, should this not be the case please notify us immediately so as we can rectify the error.
Delivery Times
Items ordered may take up to 14 days for delivery, depending on stock. If the item is out of stock we will contact you with a reasonable deliver time.
All questions or queries will be answered within 48 hours.
Precautions
Hand made and hand printed fabrics need special care. Sunlight and detergents hasten fading. Please follow the washing instructions that accompany each item. Do not lay deep coloured items over light coloured surfaces due to the possibility of irreversible colour transfer. The Winter Coat Company cannot be held responsible for any such damage incurred.
All items are brand new and wrapped. All measurements have been added, and clear colour photographs have been taken, to ensure accurate purchases can be made.
Limited Editions
Some of our suppliers offer limited editions and one of a kind creations. Slight variations in colour and design may vary from the pictures. We cannot guarantee an exact match of colours and patterns. We will specify 'Limited Edition' on the item description.
Payment
All prices are shown in UK Sterling. If you would prefer to pay in another currency please email us for the conversion rate and price. Payment can currently be made by Paypal, or Credit card (through Paypal), Cheque (UK Only), Postal Order (UK Only) or Cash (Please contact us before chosing this option).
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the item/s is returned to us in perfect condition, in its original bag and unworn. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of the goods. You will however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
We reserve the right to assess whether goods returned are in the same, perfect condition they were sold and delivered in. If you have decided to cancel your order, or wish to return your goods to Moonbeam Clothing, we will refund your payment within 30 days of cancellation.
Postage and Packaging

Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service or product, in the first instance you should e-mail, or write to us. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within three days.
Data Protection Act
We are committed to protecting your privacy as much as we would our own. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct. We will not pass your e-mail address or any personal information to any third party.
We may send you email newsletters from time to time to inform you about our products, services, promotions and special offers from The Winter Coat Company. If you do not wish to receive email newsletters simply unsubscribe from the email at any time or send an email to our customer services division on sales@womenswintercoats.co.uk in each case writing "unsubscribe" in the subject heading.
Please note that we practice a policy of continual review and reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without notice.
